The Northern Quimsa Cruz contains many fabulous rock peaks and is easily accessible from La Paz in a day. The area is split into its valley systems and from north to south for ease of reference. The Kuchu Mocoya valley is most used as a base for the area with the northern and eastern valleys seeing few climbers.
